  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and easy to use instructions to track your order online.    

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • Special Occasions: We recommend placing your order at least 7-12 business days before any major holiday, depending on your location, to allow enough time for delivery.

  • On time delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, etc.) may produce shipping postponements. 

  • Our carriers DO NOT process orders on the weekends or Holidays. Therefore, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.


  • If your shipping and billing address information do not match what your Credit Card company has on file, additional time may be required to verify your address as we must speak to the Credit card holder directly. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled.

  • All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.


  • Our distribution business days are Monday through Thursday from 09:00 a.m. though 03:00 p.m. and the Fridays from 09:00 a.m. though 12:05 p.m. (Eastern Time (US & Canada)) excluding U.S. holidays and other specific days we may announce.


  • In rare occasions when items ordered are not available your order may not be shipped until a Customer Service representative has contacted you to amend the order.


Returns and Cancelations

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a return number thru our Returns Department within three (03) business days after receiving the merchandise.

You may return any unopened, unused merchandise in its original conditions, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund minus the Shipping and Handling Fees.

We will not allow refunds, if the claim is notified after three (03) business days.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.

Shipping cost is non-refundable if your package is returned to us marked as

• Refused
• Unclaimed
• Undeliverable

If you want the merchandise to be re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to recharge the shipping fee, unless we made an error.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded, and the returns must be shipped back to DESIMA PERFUMES, LLC using trackable courier (UPS, Fedex, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any merchandise received without the tracking information having been delivered on time, we will not take responsibility for.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Perfumes and Gift Sets due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

The amount refunded for returned items excludes discounts or coupons.

The Return Number is required. E-Mail us at RMA@desimaperfumes.com prior to shipping your package back.

We take around 14 business days to process your return.

Cancelations of Orders

You can get a full refund, including Shipping and Handling fees if the order is still in our premises at the time of cancelation, otherwise we cannot cancel or modify your order. For any questions please contact our Customer Service Department by E-mail at: customerservice@desimaperfumes.com
